253. Where an order made under paragraph 3 of section 249 concerns a bank or a financial institution, it applies only to the branches or agencies mentioned therein.

Where an order made under paragraph 3 of section 249 concerns a bank or an authorized foreign bank listed in Schedule I, II or III to the Bank Act (Statutes of Canada, 1991, chapter 46), a loan and investment society or trust company, it applies only to the branches or agencies mentioned therein.
