34. Every transfer registered shall be numbered and have endorsed thereon a certificate signed by the Minister, or the Deputy Minister or other person authorized for that purpose, mentioning the date of the registration, and be deposited in the archives of the Ministère de l’Énergie et des Ressources as a voucher.
