24. The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food may be order transfer jurisdiction over any public land to the Minister of Energy and Resources where he considers the land no longer suitable for agricultural purposes.

24. The Government may transfer the jurisdiction over any land, according to its destination, from the Minister of Energy and Resources to the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food or from the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to the Minister of Energy and Resources.
Land intended for colonization and transferred from the jurisdiction of the Minister of Energy and Resources to the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food shall at the same time be withdrawn from any license to cut timber.
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food has jurisdiction over any land which is the object of a location ticket. When such location ticket is cancelled, the land which was the object thereof shall be withdrawn from any license to cut timber as long as the jurisdiction over such land has not been transferred from the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to the Minister of Energy and Resources in the manner determined in the first paragraph.
