126. Every person who operates a dump in the forest or near it shall:
(1)  Clear the place where the fire is to be lighted, by removing from the soil all vegetable matter and dead wood as well as all branches, brushwood and dry leaves, within a distance sufficient to ensure the protection of the forest;
(2)  Watch the fire until it is completely extinguished;
(3)  Previously obtain a permit, when the Minister orders, for the protection of the forest, that such permit be required.
(4)  Conform to the regulations which may be prescribed under section 153.
