114. The Government may, whenever it shall be deemed advisable, reserve in Crown lands, upon the recommendation of the Minister of Energy and Resources, a zone of sixty metres in width on each side of any salmon river which is or may be under lease from Québec, within which no trees shall be cut without a special permit from the Minister of Energy and Resources. This reserve shall apply only to that part of the main rivers where the salmon run, and shall not apply to the tributaries thereof.
