102. The Government may make regulations:
(a)  to establish standards and conditions for motor vehicle traffic on forest roads, the weight and size of such motor vehicles, the trimming of their loads and road signs, and render applicable to traffic on forest roads the provisions of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.1) it determines;
(b)  to determine the contribution that may be required from those using a forest road, for its construction, improvement and maintenance;
(c)  to establish the standards for the locating, construction, improvement, maintenance, classifying and use of forest roads.
Every regulation made under this paragraph shall come into force from its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on any later date fixed therein.
