12. A minister holding authority over any land may entrust the management thereof or grant other rights to the Government of Canada or one of its departments or agencies.

12. The Government may, on the conditions it determines, entrust the management of any land or grant other rights to the Government of Canada or one of its departments or agencies. Any transfer of management or rights is deemed to be an intergovernmental agreement within the meaning of section 3.7 of the Act respecting the Ministère du Conseil exécutif (chapter M-30).
