225. This pension plan, as established by this Part, applies to judges of the Court of Québec appointed between 29 May 1978 and 1 January 2001, to the extent that they have not elected to participate in the pension plan provided for in Part V.1, and to judges of the Court of Québec appointed before 30 May 1978 who have opted for the plan provided for in this Part pursuant to the legislative provisions granting such option enacted by chapter 19 of the statutes of 1978 or by chapter 44 of the statutes of 1990 and who have not elected to participate in the pension plan provided for in Part V.1.
The plan also applies to the judges of the municipal courts of Laval, Montréal and Québec, to the extent determined by an order in council under the second paragraph of section 49 of the Act respecting municipal courts (chapter C-72.01).

225. 225. This pension plan, as established by this Part, applies to judges of the Court of Québec appointed on or after 30 May 1978, and to judges of the Court of Québec appointed before that date who have opted for the plan provided for in this Part pursuant to the legislative provisions granting such option enacted by chapter 19 of the statutes of 1978 or by chapter 44 of the statutes of 1990.
The plan also applies to judges of the Municipal Court of Montréal, Laval or Québec if their respective municipalities have joined this plan pursuant to section 30 of chapter 79 of the statutes of 1991.

225. This pension plan, as established by this Part, applies to judges of the Court of Québec appointed on or after 30 May 1978, and to judges of the Court of Québec appointed before that date who have opted for the plan provided for in this Part pursuant to the legislative provisions granting such option enacted by chapter 19 of the statutes of 1978 or by chapter 44 of the statutes of 1990.
However, the plan does not apply to judges appointed on or after 30 May 1978 to whom the pension plan in force in the municipalities of Montréal, Laval or Québec which corresponds to that established by Part VI.1 has already applied, unless they have opted for the pension plan in force in those municipalities which corresponds to this plan pursuant to the legislative provisions granting such option enacted by chapter 19 of the statutes of 1978 of by chapter 44 of the statutes of 1990.

225. This Part applies to judges of the Court of Québec appointed since 30 May 1978.
This Part also applies to the judges of the Court of Québec appointed before that date who have made the election provided for in section 37 of the Act to amend the Courts of Justice Act and the Code of Civil Procedure and to establish the Conseil de la magistrature (1978, chapter 19).

225. This Part applies to a judge of the Court of the Sessions of the Peace, of the Youth Court or of the Provincial Court appointed since 30 May 1978.
It also applies to the judge of one of such courts appointed before that date if he has made the election provided for in section 37 of the Act to amend the Courts of justice Act and the Code of Civil Procedure and to establish the Conseil de la magistrature (1978, chapter 19).
