212. No clerk or person performing the duty of clerk, bailiff or constable, executing the orders of a justice of the peace, shall represent either of the parties or plead before such justice of the peace, under a penalty of $4.

212. No clerk or person performing the duty of clerk, bailiff or constable, executing the orders of a justice of the peace, shall represent either of the parties or plead before such justice of the peace, under a penalty of $4, to be recovered and applied in the manner mentioned in section 211.
