206. Every clerk who, after six days notice by registered or certified letter given by the clerk of the peace, neglects to comply with any provision of this subdivision, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding $20, and to an additional fine not exceeding $5 for every day after the service upon him of an information respecting such neglect during which he continues to be in default.

206.
