139. The clerks and deputy clerks of the Court shall be selected from among the persons appointed in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).

139. Every bailiff may, and when required so to do, shall act as a constable under the orders of any judge of the Provincial Court, without any special appointment for the purpose.
