109. The temporary assignment of a judge to another regional section shall be decided by the chief judge, after consultation with the senior associate chief judges.

109. The Youth Court is a court of record and the jurisdiction of its judges extends to the whole of Québec.

The Gouvernement may establish, by proclamation, for any judicial district or group of judicial districts, a court of record designated under the name of the Youth Court of the district, or, as the case may be, of the districts of (to complete by filling in the name of the district or districts concerned).
