103. The chief judge shall, with the approval of the Government, designate ten coordinating judges from among the judges of the Court.
In the same manner, the chief judge shall fix the term of office of every coordinating judge.

103. The Government, in every case where a chief judge or judge of the sessions is afflicted with a permanent disability preventing him from usefully performing his duties, may retire such judge and grant him the pension contemplated in section 100 or 101, as the case may be.

103. The Gouvernement, in every case where a chief judge or judge of the sessions is afflicted with a permanent disability preventing him from usefully performing his duties, may retire such judge and grant him the pension contemplated in section 100 or 101, as the case may be.
The permanent disability referred to in this section shall be determined by the Court of Appeal, after investigation made on the petition of the Minister of Justice.
