56. When qualified drivers use an automobile whose kilometrage on the odometer or whose age, determined based on the model year, exceeds the limits prescribed by government regulation, to offer remunerated passenger transportation, they must have in their possession a reproduction of the most recent mechanical inspection certificate issued under section 527 of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2).
