Disposition versions
185. Division III of Chapter XIII of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1) applies, with the necessary modifications, to the recovery of an amount owed by a qualified driver or the owner of a qualified automobile who is found guilty of an offence under this Act.
