50.1. To defend its members’ interest, a recognized league may intervene at any time before the Commission in matters pertaining to the transportation of persons by automobile for remuneration or to perform any other function vested in it by law.
It may also, for the same reasons, intervene at any time before the Commission in matters pertaining to the transportation of persons for remuneration by minibus within the meaning of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2).
