40. To obtain or renew a taxi driver’s permit, a person is required to pay the annual duties and satisfy all other conditions prescribed by regulation or by-law.

40. To obtain or renew a taxi driver’s permit, a person is required to pay the annual duties and satisfy all other conditions prescribed by regulation or by-law.
Once the number of penalty points entered in the holder’s file is equal to or greater than that prescribed by regulation of the Government or by-law of the regional authority, the permit shall be cancelled and the right to apply for a new one is suspended for three months.
