57. A decision of the Commissioner may, upon an application served on the Commissioner, be appealed by the lobbyist concerned before a judge of the Court of Québec.
The appeal does not suspend the decision of the Commissioner unless the judge decides otherwise. The appeal is heard and decided by preference.
The decision of the judge is final.
