29. Before 1 April each year, the agency responsible shall inform the health communication centre of the amount the agency has allocated to the operating budget of the centre for the following fiscal year.
Within the next 60 days, the centre shall review, if necessary, the estimates of its operating budget, adopt a balanced operating budget and inform the agency.
