Disposition versions
19. Where more than one region is to be served by a health communication centre, the Minister, after consultation with the agencies concerned, may designate the agency responsible for the implementation of the centre.
The agency so designated must ensure that the health communication centre complies with the provisions of the third paragraph of section 18.
