Section 173
Disposition versions
173. The persons appointed in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 5 of section 149.6 of the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5) are deemed to be appointed under paragraphs 1 to 5 of section 91 of this Act and shall remain in office until the end of their terms.
The persons appointed in accordance with paragraphs 6 to 8 of section 149.6 of the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons shall remain in office until replaced in accordance with paragraphs 6 to 9 of section 91 of this Act.
