Section 36
Disposition versions
36. Any person who is in a place other than a correctional facility during a transfer to another correctional facility or a temporary absence or while otherwise under the responsibility of the director of a correctional facility, is deemed for the purposes of this Act and the regulations and directives to continue to be in custody.
