19.5. (Repealed).
19.5. A committee responsible for the management of a programme of remunerated activities or of a fund for the benefit of detained persons may be established in a house of detention, in the manner provided for by regulation.
Such a committee shall be composed of the members appointed in accordance with the regulations, at least one of whom from among the persons detained in the house of detention, one from among the officers working under the authority of the said warden of the house of detention or of the Director General, and from among other persons concerned with the social rehabilitation of detained persons.
19.5. A committee responsible for the management of a programme of remunerated activities or of a fund for the benefit of detained persons may be established in a house of detention, in the manner provided for by regulation.
Such a committee shall be composed of the warden of the house of detention who shall be the chairman and of the other members appointed in accordance with the regulations from among the persons detained in the house of detention, from among the officers or employees working under the authority of the said warden or of the Director General, and from among other persons concerned with the social rehabilitation of detained persons.
