92. (Repealed).

92. The Minister of Revenue shall promptly examine the information transmitted by the Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity, as well as the statement and return, and shall determine, in accordance with Division IV of this chapter, the amount of the adult’s benefit and send a notice to the adult concerned.
The Minister of Revenue is bound by the information transmitted by the Minister.
