419. The articles of arrangement, signed by the director or the officer authorized to sign them, the other documents that must be filed with them, and the fee set out in the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1) must be sent to the enterprise registrar.
The articles of arrangement must be filed with the documents required under section 8 and a copy of the court judgment.
