285. The articles of amalgamation, signed by the director or officer of each amalgamating corporation who is authorized to sign them, any other document required to be filed with them, and the fee set out in the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1) must be sent to the enterprise registrar.
