S-30.01 - Act respecting public transit authorities

139. After the tabling referred to in section 138 and not later than 15 April, the secretary shall send the financial report and the auditor’s report to the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy and to the clerk of the city.
The secretary shall also send to that minister, within the time prescribed by the latter, the documents and information referred to in the second paragraph of section 136.

139. A transit authority shall transmit to the Minister, the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy and to the clerk of the city, not later than 15 April each year, a report of its operations for the preceding fiscal year. The report shall contain all the information required by the Minister.
The transit authority shall furnish such other information as the Minister may require concerning its operations.
