84. Except on a question of jurisdiction, no application for judicial review under the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) may be exercised and no injunction may be granted against the fire investigation commissioner acting in an official capacity or against any person acting under the commissioner’s authority.
A judge of the Court of Appeal may, on an application, summarily annul any proceeding brought or decision rendered contrary to the first paragraph.

84. Except on a question of jurisdiction, no proceeding under article 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) or extraordinary recourse within the meaning of that Code may be exercised and no injunction may be granted against the fire investigation commissioner acting in an official capacity or against any person acting under the commissioner’s authority.
A judge of the Court of Appeal may, upon a motion, summarily annul any proceeding brought or decision rendered contrary to the first paragraph.
