71. The school may make by-laws for its internal management, in particular, by-laws
(1)  to establish an administrative committee or any other standing or temporary committee and determine its functions and powers and the term of office of its members;
(1.1)  to determine the functions and powers of the chair and the director general, other than those provided for in the Act respecting the governance of state-owned enterprises (chapter G-1.02);
(2)  to determine the functions and powers of the assistant director generals and the other members of the school’s personnel.
