67. The Government shall appoint, where required, assistant director generals for terms not exceeding five years. At the end of their terms, the director general and assistant director generals shall remain in office until replaced or reappointed.
The Government shall fix the remuneration, employee benefits and other conditions of employment of the director general and assistant director generals.
