50. The company shall send a notice of the by-law to the Authority, which shall cause it to appear for four consecutive weeks in a daily newspaper published in the locality of the head office of the company. The Authority shall send the notice to the enterprise registrar for deposit in the register.

50. The company shall transmit a notice of the by-law, accompanied with the fees prescribed by regulation of the Government under the Act respecting the legal publicity of sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons (chapter P-45), to the Inspector General, who shall deposit the notice in the register and cause it to appear for four consecutive weeks in a daily newspaper published in the locality where the head office of the company is situated.
