348. (Repealed).

348. The decision of the Government ordering the winding-up of the company has the same effect as an order made by a judge of the Superior Court under section 24 of the Winding-up Act (chapter L-4). Sections 161 to 168 of this Act apply, adapted as required.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Government may terminate the winding-up if the interests of the depositors, beneficiaries or shareholders justify it.
