153.6. The Authority may, with the authorization of the Government, enter into an agreement with any body or legal person in respect of the examination of complaints filed by persons dissatisfied with the complaint examination procedure or its outcome.
Such an agreement may also provide that the body or legal person may, where they consider it expedient, act as a mediator if the interested parties agree thereto.
