28. Except on a question of jurisdiction, no extraordinary recourse within the meaning of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) may be exercised and no injunction may be granted against the Board or the members of the board of directors acting in their official capacity.

28. Except where the Board exercises its power to review decisions or orders under Chapter XIV of the Supplemental Pension Plans Act (chapter R-15.1), no extraordinary recourse provided for in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) may be exercised and no injunction shall be granted against the Board or the members of the board of directors acting in their official capacity.
