106. A contributor is qualified for a disability pension only if he is under 65 years of age, is disabled and has paid base contributions for one of the following groups of years:
(a)  two of the last three years wholly or partly included in his base contributory period, or two years if his base contributory period comprises only two years;
(b)  five of the last 10 years wholly or partly included in his base contributory period;
(c)  half of the total number of years wholly or partly included in his base contributory period, but not less than two years.
However, a contributor 60 years of age or over referred to in the third paragraph of section 95 qualifies for a disability pension only if he paid base contributions for at least three of the last six years wholly or partly included in his base contributory period.
For the purposes of this section, the base contributory period of the contributor terminates at the end of the month in which he became disabled.

106. For the purposes of a disability pension and of a disabled contributor’s child’s pension, a contributor is qualified only if he has made contributions for at least five years, at least one-third of the total number of years included either wholly or partly within his contributory period as defined in section 127, and, where such total number exceeds ten, for at least five of the last ten.
A contributor is also deemed to be qualified for such purposes, if he has made contributions for at least ten years, and at least five of the last ten years included either wholly or partly within his contributory period.
