58. The installation of pipes, conduits, dependencies, apparatus or other works by a natural gas distributor under or along any public road, street, lane or other public place in the territory of a municipality shall be made in accordance with the conditions agreed upon between the parties, or, failing agreement, the conditions fixed by the Régie.
