R-8.02 - Act respecting the Régie du gaz naturel
Section 14
Disposition versions
14. Every decision of the Régie shall be rendered with diligence and include the reason therefor; it forms part of the records of the Régie which shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the parties and to the Minister without delay. The Régie shall also transmit to the Minister a copy of any related document he may require.
