16. Before the beginning of the prohibition period, the Minister shall send a copy of the notice to the Land Registry Office.
The prohibition period shall be stated in the land file established for each lot contemplated in the notice.

16. Before the beginning of the prohibition period, the Minister shall send a copy of the notice to the registry office.
The notice shall be posted up in the registry office of the registration division concerned throughout the prohibition period.

The registrar shall post up the notice in his office for the period of prohibition.
