37. The Fund must, without delay, send the Authority a certified copy of the agreement concerning the REM entered into with the Government under section 88.10 of the Transport Act (chapter T-12), which outlines, among other things, the needs of REM users, the REM’s public interest objectives and the rate schedule for the REM, including the indexation mechanisms.
