41.1. The work of establishing the boundaries of the electoral divisions provided for in the first paragraph of section 2, in progress on 19 December 1981, is suspended until 1 January 1983 and the report that was to be handed in not later than 13 April 1982 pursuant to section 25, must be handed in not later than 13 April 1983.
