14. On a motion of the Prime Minister, the National Assembly, by a resolution approved by two-thirds of its members, shall appoint the other members of the Commission.

14. On a motion of the Prime Minister, the National Assembly of Québec, by a resolution approved by two-thirds of its members, shall appoint the director general for representation and the two other members, and fix their salaries, additional salaries or allowances, as the case may be.
