11. The boundaries of the electoral precincts of each electoral division of Québec, and the alterations made to them, shall be sent to the leaders of the authorized parties; the boundaries and the alterations to the electoral precincts of an electoral division shall be sent to each authorized authority of a party at the level of the electoral division, to every independent member of the National Assembly and to the municipality concerned.
This section applies to the directory and map contemplated in section 10.
The description of the boundaries of the electoral precincts shall be available, on demand, to the public.
For the purposes of this section and section 12, “authorized authority of a party at the level of the electoral division” and “authorized party” have the meaning assigned to them by the Election Act (chapter E-3.2).
