115. (1) Any employer or any employer’s representative who offers, gives, or attempts to offer or give to a union representative, a business agent or a job-site steward, in the performance of his functions, a loan, a reward, an advantage or a benefit of any nature whatsoever or
(2) any union representative, business agent or job-site steward who, in the performance of his functions, accepts, obtains, or attempts to accept or obtain from an employer or an employer’s representative a loan, a reward, an advantage or a benefit of any nature whatsoever,
is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $2,046 to $19,074.

is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $1,954 to $18,213.

Furthermore, if the offence has been committed by an employer’s representative, a union representative, a business agent or a job-site steward, the Court must declare such person disqualified to represent, in any capacity whatsoever, an employer or an association of employees for five years from the day sentence is rendered.

is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $575 to $11 500. Furthermore, if the offence has been committed by an employer’s representative, a union representative, a business agent or a job-site steward, the Court must declare such person disqualified to represent, in any capacity whatsoever, an employer or an association of employees for five years from the day sentence is rendered.
115. (1) Any employer or any employer’s representative who offers, gives, or attempts to offer or give to a union representative, a business agent or a job-site steward, in the performance of his functions, a loan, a reward, an advantage or a benefit of any nature whatsoever or
(2) any union representative, business agent or job-site steward who, in the performance of his functions, accepts, obtains, or attempts to accept or obtain from an employer or an employer’s representative a loan, a reward, an advantage or a benefit of any nature whatsoever,
is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $500 to $10 000. Furthermore, if the offence has been committed by an employer’s representative, a union representative, a business agent or a job-site steward, the Court must declare such person disqualified to represent, in any capacity whatsoever, an employer or an association of employees for five years from the day sentence is rendered.
