29. No amendment of a supplemental plan consequent upon the coming into force of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9) shall reduce the pension credits of any member in respect of remuneration and service or membership in the plan prior to 1 January 1966, except with the consent of two-thirds of the members of the plan.

The Board shall ensure compliance with this section.

Any person who believes that an amendment infringes this section may, within six months of the amendment, file a complaint with the Board to instigate an inquiry.

29. No amendment of a supplemental plan consequent upon the coming into force of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan shall reduce the pension credits of any member in respect of remuneration and service or membership in the plan prior to the 1st of January 1966, except with the consent of two-thirds of the members of the plan.

The Board alone shall have power to adjudicate as to the observance of this section.

Any party who believes that an amendment infringes this section may petition the Board, within six months after the amendment, to have the question decided.
