30. Where a reimbursement of contributions is made, sections 82.1 and 82.2 apply.

30. Where a reimbursement of contributions is made, the contributions from which the officer was exempt for the period for which he received salary insurance benefits are also reimbursed.

30. In the case of an officer or employee who dies after 1 January 1968 and before 65 years of age, the benefits contemplated in sections 28 and 29 shall be computed by making the reduction prescribed for the case of retirement by reason of infirmity.

30. In the case of an officer who dies after the 1st of January 1968 and before he reaches statutory old age, the benefits contemplated in sections 28 and 29 shall be computed by making the reduction prescribed for the case of superannuation by reason of infirmity.
