113. All sums paid or reimbursed under this Act are inalienable and unseizable.

113. All sums paid or reimbursed under this Act are inalienable and unseizable.
All sums are paid without interest except
(1)  if they are transferred under agreements concerning this Act entered into under the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10);
(2)  in the case of sums transferred to the plan provided for in this division under such an agreement in which case the transferred amount of interest accrued on the contributions of the public servant are, in the case of a reimbursement of contributions, reimbursed.

113. The officer, employee or beneficiary, when not satisfied with the re-examination, may bring an appeal before the Commission des affaires sociales, which appeal shall be heard in accordance with the Act respecting the Commission des affaires sociales (chapter C-34).
