110. Regulations made under this division come into force ten days after their date of publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on any later date provided therein.

110. In this act:
(a)  repealed;
(b)  repealed;
(c)  general plan means the Québec Pension Plan or a similar plan within the meaning of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan;
(d)  Commission means the Commission administrative du régime de retraite established under the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10);
(e)  salary insurance means the salary insurance established in accordance with the collective agreements, except elective complementary salary-insurance plans;
(f)  collective agreement means a collective agreement within the meaning of the Labour Code, an arbitration award in lieu of a collective agreement, a decree within the meaning of the Act respecting collective agreement decrees (chapter D-2), a regulation of the Government or of the Conseil du trésor determining the conditions of employment, and the standards applicable in respect of personnel established by the Minister of Social Affairs by virtue of paragraph i of section 3 of the Act respecting the Ministère des Affaires sociales (chapter M-23).

110. In this act:
(a)  compulsory superannuation age means sixty-five years;
(b)  statutory old age means sixty-five years;
(c)  general plan means the Québec Pension Plan or a similar plan within the meaning of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan;
(d)  Commission means the Commission administrative du régime de retraite established under the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10);
(e)  salary insurance means the salary insurance established in accordance with the collective agreements, except elective complementary salary-insurance plans;
