71. If the amount of the benefits computed under section 62 becomes nil, sections 117 to 122, as they read on 31 December 2006, apply.

71. If an employee dies before qualifying for an annual retirement pension contemplated by Division VI, amounts deducted from his salary and amounts disbursed by him to pay for pension credit shall be reimbursed to his assigns with interest computed in the manner provided for in section 76.
