65. In the case of a pensioner who, when he was an employee, was holding simultaneously more than one pensionable employment under this plan, the salary is computed in the same manner as the pensionable salary in such a case.

65. In the case of an employee who was holding simultaneously more than one employment contemplated in this plan, the basic salary is computed in the same manner as the pensionable salary in such a case.

65. From the month following the sixty-fifth birthday of a pensioner or, if he is 65 years of age or over, from the month following the date of his retirement, his pension is reduced by 0.7% of the average pensionable salary determined in section 58 per year of service subsequent to 31 December 1965.
Where the average salary used is the average salary fixed under section 58.1, such reduction is effected upon the average pensionable salary determined under section 58.
However, such reduction does not apply to the part of the average pensionable salary in excess of the maximum average pensionable earnings within the meaning of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan in respect of the last five years preceding retirement.

65. From the month following the sixty-fifth birthday of an employee, the pension paid under section 52 shall be reduced by 0.7% of the average pensionable salary contemplated in section 58 per year of service subsequent to December 31 1965.
Where the average salary used is the average salary fixed under section 78, such reduction shall be effected upon the average pensionable salary determined under section 58.
However, such reduction does not apply to the part of the average pensionable salary in excess of the maximum average pensionable earnings within the meaning of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan in respect of the last five years preceding retirement.
