154. At least every three years, Retraite Québec shall prepare a statement of participation for each employee who is a member of a retirement plan administered by it, setting forth
(1)  the accumulated service credited to the employee;
(2)  the amount of the contributions paid; and
(3)  the pension credit, if any, accrued to the employee.

154. At least every three years, the Commission shall prepare a statement of participation for each employee who is subject to a retirement plan administered by it, setting forth
(1)  the accumulated service credited to him;
(2)  the amount of the contributions paid; and
(3)  the pension credit, if any, accrued to him.

154. Every employee who before his appointment was an officer of a government in Canada or an employee of a corporation or institution having a retirement plan may be credited with all or part of his years of service with that government, corporation or institution for pension purposes by complying with the conditions prescribed by the Gouvernement du Québec, who may authorize the Commission to conclude an agreement to such purpose with that government, corporation or institution.
In the case of an employee who enters the service of such government, corporation or institution, the Commission shall make the payments required on the terms and conditions established in sections 127 to 127.3.
The Gouvernement du Québec may also authorize the Commission to conclude, if necessary, an agreement with any body empowered to administer a retirement plan established for the employees of the bodies contemplated in the first paragraph.
